In 2007, after graduating from an American university, Laura applied to the Fulbright program to teach English in either Germany or Austria, and made the extremely wise decision of choosing to work in Austria. And the rest, as they say is history! Laura was born in Alaska, grew up in Minnesota and has always loved travelling. She has been to several different countries but finally stuck in Innsbruck, finding the perfect combination for absolute happiness. She plays rugby with the local club "Womens Rugby Club Innsbruck", is a musician that runs an open mic night at the Galway Bay Irish Pub, and has her hands in many many other things. It’s not that she gets bored easily, it’s just that there is so much to do, and she’d rather not be caught sitting around. Living in Innsbruck offers so many opportunities to experience new things on a daily basis. Laura is always looking for new opportunities, new things to do and see, and always chatty.
